Smart Warehousing
Real-time stock visibility with 2.4GHz tags and readers — picking verification, shelf-level location and stocktaking without scanning every box.
Overview
Warehouse accuracy usually depends on how disciplined the last shift was. Barcodes require line of sight, so containers behind others are never confirmed, and the stock system drifts away from physical reality until the next full count.
WEST smart warehousing tags each container or tote with a 2.4GHz electronic tag. Readers and the positioning inventory server keep an always-current picture of what is in which zone, sound & light tags guide pickers to the right item, and counts are taken by walking the aisle instead of unpacking it.
System Architecture
Three layers: tagged containers → reader coverage → inventory and picking logic.

Tags for containers & totes

WE-T51
2.4GHz asset tag with sound & light alarm, used to locate containers and guide picking.

WE-T52
Rechargeable acousto-optic alarm positioning tag for high-turnover totes and returnable containers.

Readers & software

WE-RWF01
Geo-fence 2.4GHz reader supporting up to 1000 tags — one unit can cover a whole aisle zone.

WE-RWN300
PoE network card-reading base station for ceiling installation with a single Ethernet cable.

WE-LS10
Positioning inventory server that holds the stock model and reports zone-level discrepancies.

WE-HS230
Android 4G 2.4GHz industrial inventory scanner for receiving, issuing and guided counting.
Key Benefits
Stock accuracy without extra labour
Continuous zone-level reads keep the system close to physical stock, so full counts become a check rather than a rebuild.
Faster picking
Sound & light tags let the item identify itself, which shortens search time for new operators.
Flexible rollout
2.4GHz wireless infrastructure needs no re-cabling: readers mount on the ceiling and PoE covers the backbone.
