Overview
Traditional supervision relies on patrols and experience: it is hard to know who is where, and even harder to react within seconds when someone enters a restricted area or falls in a remote corner of the plant. Accidents are usually discovered too late, and productivity data is never collected.
WEST personnel positioning locates wearables to 10–30 cm with UWB and feeds a real-time map and rule engine. Tags support two-way SOS, fall detection and sound & light alerts, while base stations cover indoor halls and outdoor yards with wired or PoE backhaul.
