The Pocket Genius Card Reader enables both traditional warehouse operations—such as item registration, inbound/outbound handling, and detailed query functionality—and intelligent warehouse operations—including rapid personnel and item tracking as well as real-time inventory counting—thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of warehouse management and personnel workforce tracking.

Material and personnel data are stored directly within the Pocket精灵 card reader; neither the computer software nor the mobile app stores this data, ensuring robust data security. For multiple users, no additional synchronization is required. A single card reader can manage up to 1,000 types of records, including at least one year’s worth of detailed inbound/outbound inventory documentation and personnel assignment relationships – all data is readily accessible at a glance.

By using computer management software or the Pocket Assistant mobile app, you can simultaneously call up up to 80 electronic tags, enabling quick identification of items and personnel through audible and visual alerts, thereby enhancing the efficiency of locating items and personnel. Real-time inventory counting allows for the timely detection of lost items in the warehouse or missing personnel on-site, strengthening risk prevention measures in warehouse management and simplifying personnel management.

The card reader can be connected either via a USB cable on a computer or via Bluetooth on a mobile device. It allows users to perform routine management tasks on their computers while, when needed, using their mobile phones to locate goods or personnel – combining practicality with convenience and serving as an effective auxiliary tool for enhancing warehouse management and personnel management capabilities.
