WE-TLED30 Rechargeable 2.4GHz 2.9in Display Barcode E-Ink Acoustic-Optical Tag

The WE‑TLED30 visual audio‑visual tag is equipped with a 2.9‑inch 128*296 dot‑matrix e‑ink screen. Users can edit display content and remotely send it to the e‑ink screen on the tag. The e‑ink screen can sustain displayed content with zero power consumption. The T63 tag functions as an ordinary audio‑visual tag in normal conditions, enabling quick location via audio‑visual alerts. In addition, screen content can be checked to promptly obtain item information including name, specifications and quantity. Existing barcode‑scanning software can scan barcodes on the screen to perform standard management operations such as outbound processing, warehousing and inventory counting, making it an ideal replacement for paper tags. The content shown on the tag can be rapidly modified anytime and anywhere using an encoder.

The WE‑TLED30 tag periodically and continuously broadcasts its tag ID wirelessly. It adopts a 650 mAh rechargeable lithium‑ion battery, which supports 38 million transmissions on a full charge with a transmission range of up to 100 meters. No power is consumed for screen content retention. It features one red and one black button. Pressing either button during an alert stops the audio‑visual notification and confirms that the item has been located. Customized advanced functions for the two buttons are available per client requirements.

After an item is bound to a tag, a handheld device can detect whether the item is nearby and trigger the tag. Audio‑visual alerts allow fast item retrieval even in high‑noise environments. With a deployed positioning system, real‑time current positions and historical trajectories of each item can be further accessed, supporting easy item positioning and timely loss alerts. Barcodes displayed on the screen can be scanned by existing enterprise management information systems (such as ERP and MES) to carry out routine item management operations, serving as a full‑fledged substitute for traditional paper tags. Wireless screen content updates are fast, convenient and unlimited in number.
